The RAPHC takes great joy in hosting our annual Mardi Gras to benefit the Companion Animal Effort (CARE) and Pet Assistance League (PAL).

Both CARE and PAL work tirelessly to save as many at-risk dogs and cats as they can from our area shelters. They provide a safe home, loving care, and medical treatment until an animal is adopted into a permanent home. They rely on donations, adoption fees, and our Mardi Gras ball to meet their expenses.
