As the local chapter of Parrot Heads in Paradise, Inc., we are a nonprofit, volunteer organization incorporated in theCommonwealth of Virginia. Our mission is to conduct and participate in fundraising, service, and environmental activities that benefit our neighbors in the city of Fredericksburg and surrounding counties.
